Product Review: Edamame Crunch Chocolate Bars

Edamame Crunch Chocolate
Edamame That Goes Crunch

You know how Sweet and Salty taste combinations in the snack realm are kind of trending, as they say, right now? I’m down with that, but I also think that when you add a little crunch action to the sweet and salty flavor sensation, you truly reach for the sublime. The Praim Group, who recently introduced the Andy Warhol Chocolate Bar have seemingly all the bases covered with their new chocolate bar called Edamame Crunch.

The Edamame Crunch Bars are made with dry roasted edamame (immature soybeans in the pod) and a touch of sea salt blended with either Dark or Milk Chocolate. I’ve already eaten half of one of the Milk Chocolate bars while watching AMC’s Walking Dead Marathon and I will confess that this is the creamiest, most indulgent chocolate I have eaten in bar form. Plus, the crunchy edamame and tiny flecks of sea salt take this snack experience to a whole other level. It makes me wonder what Chocolate-covered wasabi peas might taste like (Mmm…wasabi peas). Maybe Praim Group will invent that next! The 3.5 ounce all-natural, Kosher, dark and milk chocolate Edamame Crunch Bars are now available for purchase at just $2.95 per bar wherever fine chocolate is sold!

  1. Those sound delicious, but I guess you can pretty much cover anything in chocolate and it will be tasty.
