So very sad. This was a huge loss to the music world and he died waaaay too young. I can’t believe it’s been that long. I saw his Steve Marriot and Packet of 3 live at Danceteria of all places (early 80s). There were about 40 people there. His voice was still strong and incredible and I feel lucky I got to hear him.
