I understand that Chocolate is the go-to flavor for decadent sweetness, but personally, I think that a vanilla glaze would be better-tasting on this than the chocolate. I would eat it, at any rate.

Here in Portland Oregon, there is a place called Voodoo Donuts. It has been on the Food Network many times. They have a bacon maple bar and it is AWESOME! Tastes like pancakes and bacon!
