Pastoral Flamingos, 2009
Artist Sarah Knouse created this fantastically surreal mixed media Flamingo Sculpture out of plastic, resin and wood. I think it looks amazing and tells such a story just by the way the materials create a dripping, swamp-like effect. When looking at the the close up shot of the Pink Flamingos, it looks like the pink icing I use on my strawberry cake!
