Multi-platform French artist Aima Saint Hunon celebrated the New York City opening of The Human Jungle, a pop-up gallery displaying her art, which took place at a two-night event in early November. The fun and festive event was hosted by JetzyApp.com and Jarlsberg® Cheese.
Saint Hunon, whose work is known internationally, creates renowned sculptures, paintings, photos, jewelry, poems and videos. Her work, using multi-cultural characters, offers art lovers her perspective of a world where creation has no barriers or limits.
The limited-run exhibit was installed in four rooms of a private residence overlooking the East River, and featured Saint-Hunon’s work in a variety of mediums including a video installation, paintings, and sculptures.
A live cellist was also in attendance, providing ethereal background music to the lively atmosphere!
Saint Hunon (seen above, chatting with a guest) was in attendance at the party, wearing a beautiful cocktail dress whose fabric featured her own designs.

Attendees also had the chance to savor the Jarlsberg® Cheese creations offered by renowned Chef George Duran. Chef Duran is a the author of Take This Dish and Twist It. He is also known for his Food Network show Ham On The Street and, most recently, he was host of TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off.
