The annual Five Points Festival Designer Toy and Comic Show is coming up this weekend, June 1st and 2nd, and I am very excited to be attending for my second year! Coincidentally, I happened to walk by the above mural, located on Allen Street, a few weeks ago, unaware that it was originally created to honor the first-ever Five Points Fest, back in May of 2017. Apparently, the owners of the Allen Hotel reactivated a relationship with the Little Italy Street Art (LISA) Project  to bring street artist KaNO to the corner of Allen and Rivington Street, and this 40-foot mural was the result! Sweet!

Taking place at the conveniently located Brooklyn Expo Center, and presented by Clutter Magazine, the festival will bring together the best Indie Artists, Designer Toys, Original Art, Resin Sculptures, Plush, Blind Boxes, Blanks, Minis, Kaiju, Japanese Vinyl, Street Art, Posters, Prints, Apparel, Live Painting, Craft Beer, Food Trucks, Pins, Patches and more!

Trust me, it’s going to be all kinds of crazy fun. Find out more about this year’s Five Points Festival, and purchase your tickets, at This Link!
