Today is, seriously, the happiest day of my life so far. Before I left for the office this morning I turned on my cable so I could set the DVR to record Obama’s Inaugural speech, but just had to default to recording everything on ABC from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, because that was my only option. I’m sure his speech will be in there somewhere, along with a bunch of other goodies I’ll be glad I didn’t miss. I don’t envy Barack Obama the job ahead of him, but I’m sure glad he’s there in the White House instead of just another George Bush. I’ve had enough of the George Bushes for an eternity.
