Just when you think you’ve seen everything, you see this: a plush Cotton Candy Cocoon inspired by the cult classic, Killer Klowns from Outer Space. Yes, it exists.

In this movie about an invasion of extraterrestrial creatures resembling evil clowns,  the Klowns use cotton candy as a means to capture and encase their victims in a large, sugary cocoon. Once trapped and immobilized inside the cotton candy cocoon,  the Klowns collect and store their human prey.  Victims gradually dissolve from the lethal contents and mix with the sugary candy. The Klowns then use Krazy Straws to suck the cocoons dry.  Brilliant.

Released in 1988, Killer Klowns from Outer Space is a horror-comedy that features a group of teenagers trying to survive an invasion of murderous alien Klowns in their small town. The use of cotton candy cocoons adds a distinctive and surreal aspect to the movie’s absurdist horror elements.

Spotted at the 2023 New York Comic Con.
