Now, on to my personal experience using SuperMouth:

Directions on the back of the bottle say to measure out a 10 ML dose of mouthwash, but let’s take the mystery out of it. Since we’re in America, where the metric system means nothing, I’ll translate for you: 10 ML equals 2 Teaspoons!

Using a convenient shot glass for reference, you can see it’s a bit less than half an ounce, so there you go (I actually measured out 3 teaspoons, or one tablespoon, which was plenty). Next,  you  swish this around in your mouth for one full minute before spitting it into the sink. No rinsing is necessary!

I know what you’re dying to know: Does it actually taste like Chocolate Ice Cream? The answer is yes! SuperMouth is really quite delicious, but please refrain from swallowing it! I am a a fan!
