In what was otherwise pretty much a yawnfest enlivened only by host Ricky Gervais’s hilariously mean-spirited jokes that nobody “got,” The Golden Globe Awards delivered the goods by awarding The Social Network – my favorite film of 2010 – four of the six Golden Globes for which it was nominated.
