On Monday, July 11th, The Brooklyn Star restaurant will put on a concert at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, featuring a handful of staff members and their bands. In the New York City restaurant business, it’s not uncommon to have musicians and artists as a part of your restaurant team and The Brooklyn Star is no exception. Ryan Spoto (Des Roar, Two Tears), Dave ‘The Wave’ Klein (Outtacontrollers), Travis St. Clair (DJ Bats), and Jesse Crawford (Peacekillers) will all perform.
