I don’t mind a good, vigorous hike now and again, but putting my life at risk is something I’d generally like to avoid in a hiking experience. However, if you’re a bit of a daredevil, check out this trail which has been identified as Camino Del Rey in the El Chorro gorge in southern Spain. Yeesh! No thank you! I particularly dig the groovy soundtrack music (which kicks in at about the :35 mark) accompanying this six minute video of what must surely be among the most harrowing hiking trails in existence. Enjoy!
Any idea where that is? I wonder what their loss ration is…
Gail Says: It’s called El Caminito del Rey (In English “The King’s Pathway”). It’s located in Spain, near Malaga. Look it up on WikiPedia – this thing’s crazy!
