Hey! A friend just hipped me to the fact that Amazon.com is currently selling the Big Star 4-disc box set, Keep An Eye On The Sky, for just $25.34! That price represents about a $20 savings over what the set normally costs used, so you should jump on this offer if you are any kind of a fan/collector.

Originally relased by Rhino in September of 2009, Keep an Eye on the Sky includes 98 tracks spanning from 1968-1975 that includes alternate mixes and previously unrleased material, as well as extensive liner notes, rare and never-before-seen photos and insightful essays about the cult of Big Star and the band’s history. Sounds like a must-have to me! Like I said, act fast, because once their existing stock sells out the price will likely go back up.
