America has been facing a shortage of healthcare workers for quite some time now. Some reports indicate that it started about 60 years ago, but it has certainly grown since then. At this point, analysts expect the shortage to reach 3.2 million within the next two years. Many clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and other facilities are already being hit hard by this development, and they’re sure to experience even more significant struggles moving forward.
