Here’s some good news for anyone living in, or visiting, Tokyo, Japan between the dates of July 1st to 18th, 2011: Zac Pac Toys & Collectibles will be hosting Ron English’s first Japanese art show, entitled Popaganda in Japan. If you’ve ever been to one of Ron’s exhibits you know to expect something really far out and fantastic.

To commemorate the show, Zac Pac teamed up with English and Medicom Toy to produce a “Grin & Bear It” Be@rbrick vinyl collectible that has 2 faces; which, from what I could decipher at various Japanese language websites, may or may not be packaged with one of English’s grinning skulls (see photos below). This limited edition toy will first be available at the Popaganda in Japan show, and then at the upcoming San Diego ComicCon at the Toy Tokyo Booth. If anyone manages to attend the show, please send back a report!
