Join in the Hot Chocolate & S’mores Mixology to kick off the holiday festivities on December 22nd. Adults (21+) may indulge in delicious cocktails, for $55 a person. Experience the magical Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:00 PM, complete with caroling that illuminates the resort with the warmth of the season.
Experience a joyful day on December 24th, starting with the $40 per person, ages 8+, Christmas Cookie Decorating Workshops, and ending with the Season’s Greetings Dinner ($125 for adults, $55 for children, ages 4–12). A heartfelt Christmas Eve service at The Greenbrier Chapel marks the day’s conclusion.
Highlights of the week’s events include craft classes, indoor planetarium experiences, family bingo, and even a breathtaking rendition of “Go Tell It on the Mountain” at The Greenbrier Chapel. On December 28th, don’t miss the magical Nutcracker Ballet ($25 for adults; $15 for children, ages 4–12).
The New Year’s Eve Celebration at The Greenbrier
Experience the start of a new year in spectacular fashion at The Greenbrier’s celebrations, which are rooted in more than a century of grace and history. There is an amazing schedule of activities that will bring you pleasure and excitement as you enter 2024 from December 30 to January 1st.
Start the festivities on December 30th with a Cookie Decorating Workshop ($45 per person, ages 8+), which is followed by a captivating magic show with Joseph Young and family bingo. A toast to health may be made at “A Glass for Your Health” ($65 per person, ages 21+), and Movie & a Meal ($125 for adults; $55 for children, ages 4–12) offers a cinematic delight, Gone with the Wind, to round off the day.
Join in on Fun Run on New Year’s Eve, and then stay for painting classes and family competitions. The children get their own Dazzling Stars Kids’ Party ($125 per person, ages 6–12), while the adults enjoy the Hollywood Glam Dinner Party ($225 per person), which brings the night to life. Celebrate the arrival of 2024 in elegance at the Countdown to 2024 event, ($95 per person, ages 21+). Alternatively, treat yourself to a table of eight to twelve in the Moet Hennessy Lounge, which costs $3,500.
