Star Wars™ Pancake Molds!

If you like Pancakes and Star Wars characters, then you will probably lose your mind over these adorable Star Wars Pancake Molds which will make your delicious pancakes look like Darth Vader, Yoda or a Stormtrooper. I am not much for the Star Wars but even I have to admit that they are so cute, I can barely live. Be sure to add a few slices of crispy bacon on the side, and let the force of breakfast be with you. Available from Williams Sonoma, for just $19.95 / set of 3.

Giant Skull Sculpture: Very Hungry God

Here at Worleygig.com, we like skulls! In the spirit of Halloween I’ve decided to dig up various random skull posts over the next few days. To kick things off in what we will loosely refer to as “Skull Week,” check out this rad skull sculpture by artist Sudobh Gupta entitled Very Hungry God, which is crafted from ordinary kitchen objects. Very Hungry God has traveled across Europe, from Paris to Venice and currently resides at the Frieze Art Fair in Regent’s Park, London. You can read a nice background story on the artist’s motivation for the creating the sculpture Here.

Banana Guard: It’s Not What You Think It Is

Banana Guard
Get Your Mind Out Of The Gutter

The object(s) pictured above are neither colorful boomerangs nor futuristic cell phones nor exotic implements of extreme pleasure. They are, in fact, *Banana Guards, created and distributed by the clever, banana-loving peeps at Banana Guard Dot Com. The Banana Guard was invented solely for the purpose of protecting the delicious-but-easily-bruised yellow fruit while in transit. How awesome.

Visit the website to find out where you can buy one of your very own.

(*Thanks to Frank for turning me on to the Banana Guard.)
