A lady I work, with who’s hip to the fact that I love foods made with bacon, just brought me three of these little cupcakes from a bakery called Robicelli’s Gourmet Market, which is near where she lives. It’s called The Elvis: a banana cupcake with peanut butter frosting, sprinkled with bacon, and it was awesome! The cupcake was moist and banana-y, while the frosting was whipped into light and creamy, peanut-buttery goodness. The bits of bacon on top added a wonderful salty contrast to the sweet frosting. I ate one and it was so good I almost died. But I did not die. I lived to eat the rest of these cupcakes later! Thanks, Mary!
