Do you like making cocktails at home? I sure do. But sometimes I am too tired to do much more than put ice in a glass, pour a shot over that and then fill the glass with juice or soda. Bar tending is often best left to professionals. But a while back, Cascade Ice sent me an assortment of their one-step cocktail mixers and flavored sparkling waters, which make home mixology so easy!

Ingredients You’ll Need:
Your favorite Flavor of Polar Seltzer (I used Cucumber Melon, but any fruit flavor or even plain would do)
Your favorite Brand of Vodka
Ribena Blackcurrent Syrup
Shot Glass
Ice
Here’s How to Make It:
Put about 4 ice cubes in your favorite cocktail glass
Pour One Shot of Vodka over the Ice
Add One Shot (more or less, to your taste) of Ribena
Fill Glass with Polar Seltzer
Stir, Sip and Enjoy!
