Via a top-loading VHS cassette player and a 13-inch-screen TV that looks like it’s from the 1970s, Cloud Nothings bring us their fun and informative video for the uber-catchy pop tune, “Internal World.“ Cleverly disguised as an Etiquette and Manners educational film, the band themselves appear in vignettes offering sensible tips on personal hygiene, the correct use of a space heater, how to dress, the power of positive thinking, and the de rigueur dating tips, among other useful scenarios. Thank you! Aurally, it sounds (just like) “Buddy Holly” by Weezer — and you know, that can’t be bad.
“Internal World” can be found on the band’s fifth album, Life Without Sound due out January 27th, 2017 — just a few days away!
