My lovely and generous friend, Jamie, just surprised me with the gift of Uncle Oinker’s Bacon Mints. The taste is what you might expect: a light, sweet minty-ness accompanied by a subtle bacon under taste. Not at all unpleasant, but perhaps an acquired taste.
