This Pink Winged Pig Unicorn (Unipig? Pigicorn?) was spotted inside one of the themed-rooms at midtown’s sweetest attraction, The Candytopia. If memory serves, I recall that this room, located towards the end of the exhibit, is the one where enthusiastic-but-misguided docents threw a cup of paper confetti in my face as I walked through the entrance, completely obliterating the only-half-drunk cocktail in my hand. Huge bummer.

Pink Thing of The Day: Refrigerator Case at Candytopia!
You might recall reading a bit about NYC’s newest selfie-farm, Candytopia, in this post, so I’ll skip the formal introduction and just get to the part where I found this Pink Refrigerator Case in their gift shop, which holds reusable bottles of Candytopia-branded water that sell for just $2 (“Two Dollars!”). Totally worth it.

The Candytopia is a candy-themed immersive exhibit that has been touring major cities across the US for a while now. The newest space (and the largest to-date) is located in the Penn Plaza district of NYC, and inhabits 24,000 square feet, boasting 17 different interactive environments, Instagram-worthy photo opportunities, and offering delectable tastes of your favorite sweet treats along your journey!
