Rad Video of the Day: Fan Made Trader Joe’s Commercial!

When Trader Joe’s opened its first store in Manhattan it completely changed my life, and it is still the primary grocery store in which I shop, even when it means I must stand in a line that snakes all the way through the store and back to the entrance. It’s always worth it. If you feel similarly, please enjoy this fan-made video with an accompanying original song about all of the many items that make this store incomparably special. Trader Joe’s Forever!

Thanks to Boing Boing for the tip!

Obamanos!

I really had to post Nicole Betancourt’s cool Latin salsa video, “Respondole a Obama” about the Latino community rallying behind Barack Obama, especially since I was just in a cab on Saturday night with a driver who insisted that  Barack Obama would have tough time carrying Florida, “since there is such high Cuban population there, and everybody knows the Cubans hate the Blacks.” I swear to god, the cabby said that right to my face. But I think he was wrong. I think even the haters can put aside their lack of reason to avoid electing another fascist regime to government. Think people. And vote Obama / Biden a week from tomorrow.

(California). Check out my Reviews to find out which artist does a song that I described as “a multi-layered, electronic beat-heavy instrumental piece that sounds like the theme to some futuristic spy thriller where the robots conquer the humans, or something like that.”
