It is a popular thing these day that graffiti artists will sometimes use blank USPS Priority Mail Labels as a canvas for their art. Hey, they’re free, and they stick to most surfaces, so win-win!
Spotted in Freeman Alley on the lower east side — where I will often venture on an urban street art safari — this perfect example of what I’m talking about features two of my favorite things in the same place: the color Pink, and a slice of delicious-looking Cake! I wasn’t able to find an artist tag on this particular piece, so, of you’re the artist, or know who is, please chime in in the comments section!
