This Ford Bronco, which was spotted parked out front of the Cook Shop restaurant in the Chelsea Gallery District, is one of artist Kenny Scharf’s Karbombz: a custom-painted art car that Scharf used to do for fans and friends free-of-charge before he got too busy.

Hi, I just blew up your Insta on this, but I think this was recent. If you look on his Instagram in the tagged column you will see this vehicle on a July 9 entry. He’s definitely still doing them if/as requested. And I’m sure if you’re an artist or gallery owner or some kind of friend of his or peer they get pretty detailed. It’s likely if you requested it, he would do an amazing job for you. I know you go to California or you’re from California so maybe you can catch him out there and obviously he comes to New York.
