Even though the menu item highlighted above actually describes a way to order your Marinated Chicken Breast Sandwich at Jackson Hole Restaurant, we are just going to pretend that the menu describes an order of “Bacon Topped with Bacon.” Because that’s much funnier.
Three Studies of Lucian Freud, a 1969 triptych by Francis Bacon of his friend and artist Lucian Freud, sold for $142.4 million at Christie’s Tuesday night. The unknown buyer won the piece after six minutes of “fierce bidding.”

Apparently, there is something called the International Bacon Film Festival taking place at the Sunshine Cinema on East Houston Street on October 17th, 2013. But I can’t find any other information about it on the Interwebs. So, there you go!
