I sure do, and I’m always down for trying any kind of new cookies that cross my path, because I’m adventurous like that, and enjoy keep my readers in the loop of what’s new for snacking. Recently, I was introduced to a gluten-free cookie brand called Mightylicious (so clever), which come in seven different varieties!

I received two varieties of Mightylicious cookies to review for you here on The Gig: Salted Peanut Butter, and Brown Butter Chocolate Chip. These are my findings.
Everybody loves chocolate chips, and the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip variety takes this delicious, classic cookie a step further, with the rich taste of browned butter mixed in with the dough. There’s just the right amount of chewiness and softness, but the cookie holds together bite after bite. I also appreciate the rich texture. which is how you know you’re eating something baked with quality ingredients.
The Salted Peanut Butter variety is also incredibly flavorful and rich- tasting. If you are peanut butter fan, these cookies are calling your name. Each bag contains individually wrapped, two-cookie servings and trust me, you will not be able to eat more than two cookies because they are so rich. The individual wrapping also helps keep the cookies fresh and makes them perfect for adding to lunchboxes, throwing in your bag as a snack on-the-go, or keeping in the office.
