Being a single, working woman means that I am all about convenience foods. With so many options available to shoppers, I know that I can count on finding delicious meals in the grocer’s freezer section that will go from the package to my plate in about 30 minutes, but I also want to eat food that’s healthy. One of our favorite food-related trade shows, Editor Showcase, kicked off its 2014 series on February 20th with an eclectic mix of Health & Nutrition products at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square. As both manufacturers and consumers raise their consciousness towards living a healthier lifestyle. I can hardly contain myself at these trade shows, walking in  for the first time and seeing all the Teardrop Flags with the different products to try, it’s exciting to see what new products come onto the market and how well-established brands adapt to changing consumer demands. Here are a a few of our favorite products and displays from the show!
