Are you as sick and tired of looking at the likeness of He Who Will Not Be Named as you are of having to clean your dirty microwave oven?  I feel you. Recently, it fell to me to scrub exploded ham off of the interior of the office microwave (don’t get me started) and that was all kinds of not fun. As as much as I dislike being exposed to the face of the one I refer to only as Dump, let me tell you about the Angry POTUS Microwave Cleaner, where two evils come together for a good cause: getting dried crud off of your microwave’s walls while poking fun at the Dump. If you live in a NYC apartment, then you understand that the phrase Spring Cleaning doesn’t so much refer to a yearly ritual as it does to an ongoing process. Some type of deep-cleaning in one room or another is really necessary every couple of weeks in order to combat the dirt and grime that sneaks into the home from the street. Because it really is a jungle out there. Ugh. Don’t even get me started on the Sisyphean task of keeping the dust off of every interior surface, because it’s a pain in the butt.

Melitta Heritage Series Pour-Over Coffeemaker at the recent IHA Show, and was instantly smitten: not only with its millennial Pink color, but also by the vintage glazed porcelain design! Wow!

If you are anything like me, framed favorite artwork and photos are not only a huge part of your home decor, they’re also an important part of how you rock your personal style.  I love a nice frame so much, I often pick up one that catches my eye even before I have something in mind to go inside it. Maybe you never considered that a  picture frame manufacturer could be a force in the campaign to sustain our planet, but at a recent IHA Press Event, I was introduced to a collection of gorgeous and innovative modern framing solutions from Vista Frame Company which are all created from one of our most notoriously non-biodegradable, manmade materials: Polystyrene (aka Styrofoam).
