Honestly, I’ve been so preoccupied this past week with hating on all the conservative political nut jobs who insist on spewing their mindless stupidity in my general direction, mentally preparing for the impending economic depression and anticipating the decimation of my 401K that I completely forgot to tell you about my new big screen TV! Woo hoo! I must tell you that there is really nothing quite like surrounding yourself with hedonistic pleasures when the world around you is going to Hell. In fact, I highly recommend it.

I take lot of heat for being such a shameless, diehard fan of reality TV shows like The Amazing Race, Survivor, American Idol and all those embarrassingly addictive programs on Bravo such as Project Runway, Top Chef and Top Design. Clothes, food, home décor: It’s like there is a reality show specifically geared to feed each of my secret obsessions! Hurray for digital cable!
