OMG, we made it to Christmas! I took the above photo this past winter standing on the sidewalk looking at the festive display window at Pete’s Tavern in Gramercy Park. I can’t think of any image cheerier than this to send greetings to all my readers. Have a peaceful and happy holiday, everyone. The best is yet to come.

I wish I could tell you that this is the final Barbie-inspired Pink Thing of the Day that was captured by my iPhone whilst I was having the time of my life in London — but that is not the case. There is indeed more to come! This week, I am treating you to a Barbie Pink-frosted Bun (probably raspberry-flavored icing, if the berry garnish is any clue) which I saw in a bakery window! It looks delicious!

The Trashy Lingerie store (online, visit Trashy.com) is a Los Angeles institution specializing in handmade and bespoke lingerie and costumes, and housed inside a fabulous Pink Building. They had already closed for the day when we happened to pass by in mid-December, but I did get  a snap of one of the front Christmas-themed window displays!

Not being a ‘Baby Person,’ I had never heard of Cybex, but apparently they are experts in child car seats, baby carries, strollers and other baby gear, for those who are baby-inclined. And their store in the Shops at Hudson Yards sure did design a fetching Window Display that is just exploding with soft Pinkness. Sigh.
