Pictured above we see my lovely friend Ivy posing with a board game called The Crazy Cat Lady Game. Said game is yet another genius item we found at Greystone Gardens during Berkshires Adventure Weekend 2012. We do not know the exact rules of the game, but we are pretty sure that possession of at least a dozen cats is a prerequisite.
Oh, wow! I remember seeing this Mystery Date board game commercial when I was a wee lass, because I am one hundred years old. If only dating in real life were as much fun as they make it seem in this game. *Sigh*
Mr. Bacon’s Big Adventure is by far the most mouth-watering, meat-centric board game ever created! As you move your bacon character along the path through Meatland you’ll have to navigate your way through areas like the Mustard Marsh, the Wiener Wasteland and the Sausage Sea. The first one to make it to the frying pan at the end of the trail wins! Includes gameboard with spinner, four game pieces with plastic stands, twenty-four game cards and alternate rules that turn the game into a gluttonous meat feast! Available from Archie McPhee for just $19.95!
Just when Steve Tyler is finally getting clean for the umpteenth time, Urban Outfitters brings us the thrilling board game adventure, Rock Star Rehab, where the most tragic players become the most famous winners! Just roll the dice and move your drunken rocker around the board, stopping at LA nightclubs, VIP parties… even jail! The goal of the game: to make your way through Rock Star Rehab! No word yet on whether the game pieces feature miniature replicas of Amy Winehouse, Vince Neil and Pete Doherty.
How many of you guys watched last night’s much-anticipated second part of the Hell’s Kitchen finale? Man, I love that show! I admit I was totally pleased with finalist Christina taking top honors over Petrozza. Both were decent chefs, but Petrozza was kind of a spazz. He would never be able to survive as head chef in Gordon Ramsey’s new LA restaurant for more than ten minutes if the wasn’t being filmed for a reality TV show. Anyway, while all of us Gordon Ramsey junkies are waiting for the new season of Kitchen Nightmares to start, why not relive the excitement, stress and incessant screaming of the “rigorous culinary bootcamp” that is Hell’s Kitchen with the Hell’s Kitchen Home Game? Scalding hot oil burns and severed fingertips are sold separately.
