Break out the glitter, cue up your favorite bangers, and let your rainbow flag fly high — it’s Pride Month, baby!  June is all about love, identity, self-expression, and being unapologetically you. Whether you’re marching in a parade, rocking your fiercest look, or just vibing with chosen family, this month is a celebration of LGBTQ+ joy, history, and resilience.

At Worleygig, we’re proud to stand with our LGBTQ+ family year round — but this month, we turn up the volume and let the colors shine even brighter!  Stay loud, stay proud, and stay fabulous.

Statues For Equality is a global mission to balance gender representation in public statues and honor women’s contribution to society. Continue reading Statue of Pink in The Financial District

Video Clip of The Week: Madison Daniel, “Love Is Love”

It is not in any way a bold statement that, in these times especially, there is no shortage of outlets where we can focus our positive energy and action. The world needs love, and it should not matter what that love looks like or what shape it takes. Bluntly put, we have more grievous issues to deal with than attempting to restrict an individual’s right to love whomever they choose. I’ll wait.

One of the most fun and unique exhibits I visited during last week’s Thursday night art crawl was Pamela Bennett Ader’s, Legal Vows, which I stumbled upon at Phoenix Gallery while running between shows at Emmanuel Fremin and Joseph Gross (fortunately, all of these galleries happen to be in the same building).
