Artist Abby Modell creates contemporary art glass sculptures, mirrors and wall installations, and her 2016 Galaxy Collection features new items that are really out of this world. Pictured above is her Dichroic RockStar Cone Bowl, a one-of-a-kind hand-blown glass artwork that sparkles with fractured dichroic glass and Swarovski crystals. Simply stunning. Price: $6,000.

Play a Game of Pong Set Inside a Mondrian Painting

Mondrian Pong

Over at digital arts community B3ta, a user challenged others to create images of fake video games based off of famous artworks. The results are pretty phenomenal, but one user who goes by HappyToast envisioned a version of Pong set inside a Piet Mondrian painting. After seeing the GIF, designer Kristiana Hansen instantly set out to program the real thing. So here you have it: 2 Player MondriPong 1.2.

Each piece has what looks to us like a single, sprouted Leek bulb accent. This makes more sense when you see some of the other objects designed by Makoto, such as an array of crystal glass boxes shaped like seeds, sprouted bulbs suspended in acrylic cubes, and a tabletop collection of fungi dipped in precious metals, all of which are available in the boutique through April 30th, 2016.

In an act of solidarity with Snowden, artists Jeff Greenspan and Andrew Tider covertly installed this nameplate and hundred-pound bust (sculpted by Doyle Trankina) of the controversial figure at the Prison Ship Martyrs’ Monument in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene Park.
