Do you like Southwestern Grains Salad? I sure do. I love the tasty mix of whole grains with sweet corn and tender black beans in a tangy dressing that is such a perfect summer side dish. One of our favorite food-related trade shows, Editor Showcase, kicked off its 2014 series on February 20th with an eclectic mix of Health & Nutrition products at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square. As both manufacturers and consumers raise their consciousness towards living a healthier lifestyle. I can hardly contain myself at these trade shows, walking in for the first time and seeing all the Teardrop Flags with the different products to try, it’s exciting to see what new products come onto the market and how well-established brands adapt to changing consumer demands.
