Folks who read this blog who also happen to be my Friend on the Facebook know that I just returned from a 12 day vacation extravaganza that included a trip to Disneyworld (super fun), a 7-Day Eastern Caribbean Cruise on the totally rad Carnival Dream (crazy insane fun) and a two-day post-cruise download in beautiful downtown Orlando (very very fun). All of this fun was made possible in part by JetBlue airlines, who flew me from New York’s JFK to Florida’s MCO at an extremely competitive rate.
Contemporary Political/ Pop artist, Shepard Fairey has designed a Rad new Logo for The Rolling Stones, updating the iconic “Sticky Fingers” Mouth and Tongue that is universally known to indicate that there is Rolling Stones shenanigans afoot. The new design celebrates the Stones’ 50th Anniversary. We think Fairey did an excellent job! Read more about the new logo at Design Taxi.

Last night, Geoffrey and I did a modified a mid-week art crawl that included a stop at Flag Art Foundation on West 25th Street before heading off to the upper east side to scope out new art by David Zink Yi at Hauser & Wirth and, not long after that, scurrying off to their boss after show party held at The East Wing – where we were served party foods that were just insane!
