Attendees of the annual Summer Fancy Food Show will offer no argument that the main focus of the event is right there in the name. Fancy Food  – which completely dominates New York City’s Javits Center for three days in late June – is all about Specialty Foods of all varieties and the people who love and obsess over them.

At Fancy Food, your mouth will definitely be doing the heavy lifting, but while you’re feeding your face, trawling the trade show floor in a food-coma, on a continuous quest for your next nosh, important visual cues will alert you to a must-visit pitstop for stuffing yourself with yet another gut-busting bite. What if there were a condiment you could add to foods to give them that Indian spice profile and crave-able flavor without having to hit up the exotic spice market and then spend all day in the kitchen? You would want to know about it, amiright? Please let me introduce you to Tiffin Asha’s Green Tomato Pickle condiment or, as I like to call it, Indian Food in a Jar.

Do you like Ketchup? I sure do. Ketchup is one of my top-three favorite condiments of all time  — up there with Mayonnaise, and Trader Joe’s Green Tomatillo Chili Salsa, which is just insane — and if we are talking about Specialty Ketchups, don’t even get me started. If you can’t get your head around the thought of digging into a plate of crispy French fries without a generous side of ketchup for dipping, then let me introduce you to your new favorite thing: Vodka & Italian Tomato Ketchup from Spirit & Co.
