Zombee Donuts and Bakeshop, located in Fullerton, California, not only has delicious gourmet donuts and baked treats, they also have this fun Pink Sign reminding you to wash your hands — to prevent the Zombee Apocalypse — hanging in their restroom! Scary!

As a fun and innovative way to celebrate the 2022 Holiday Season, the Museum of the City of New York invited top bakeries and amateur bakers from across the city to enter Gingerbread New York City: the Great Burrough Bake-Off – the museum’s first-ever holiday event aimed at honoring the communities in each of the five boroughs. Select bakers created their own unique gingerbread display to represent their respective neighborhoods, inspired by the theme Winter in New York. A group of prominent New York City-based bakers, curators, and restaurant owners judged the final designs.

I made the accidental discovery of Posh Pop Bakeshop when I was attracted to the But, First Coffee Pink Neon Sign affixed to its rear wall while waiting to enter a restaurant located across the street. Now that’s what I call effective visual marketing! If you look closely, you can see that the bakeshop walls are also covered in tiny, pink plastic roses, for a seductive pink-on-pink glow.
