My family has not always been the most in-tune with my personal tastes when choosing Birthday and Holiday gifts, so I got in the habit of asking them to get me cute socks. This is why my sock drawer is stuffed to near-overflowing with enough cute socks to cover the feet of a small army. Truth be told, every pair gets worn eventually, because socks are one of the most perfect gifts you can receive. Two guys who are also hip to that fact are the ones who created the Sock Card from InStitches.
TJ Maxx delivers again with the accidental discovery of this awesome Valentines Day card that opens to feature a bunch of cute sharks popping out at you! Squee!
I realize that all TJ Maxx stores do not necessarily have the same merchandise, but the card is super cute and pretty cheap ($3.99) for a pop-up card of this quality, so maybe make a run to your neighborhood location and see if you can get lucky.
Whoa! Graphic Designer Scott Church of <23rd Day paper goods company has created what is perhaps the ultimate design for a surprise Birthday card: a Land Shark. Because no one expects a Shark Attack in the Garden!
Here is Scott’s original artwork, from which the card design was adapted. I think it’s just fantastic.

It’s been 50 years since The Beatles released Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, an album widely considered to be among the best rock albums of all time, and aside from a very cool documentary about the making of Sgt Pepper (which was released on Septembers 8th) some cool collectible memorabilia is also making its way to the market. In honor of this exciting anniversary, 3D design company Lovepop have released The Beatles Sgt. Pepper 3D Card! This gorgeous design was created in partnership with The Beatles and is one of three officially licensed designs that include a fabulous 3D rendering of the Yellow Submarine, and the iconic scene of The Beatles crossing Abbey Road.
I suspect you may feel the need to own these. The Beatles‘ cards sell for $15 each or $40 for a pack of all three designs, and can be purchased at This Link!
